Comprehensive Adult Day Health Services
Golden Life ADHC Center provides a multidisciplinary program designed to support both the medical and social needs of our participants.
Nursing & Health Monitoring
Our licensed nursing staff provide ongoing health observation, medication oversight, and coordination of participant care to ensure each individual's health needs are monitored in a safe and supportive environment.
Therapeutic & Rehabilitative Services
Participants may receive access to rehabilitative therapies designed to support independence and mobility, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. These services help participants maintain strength, mobility, and communication skills.

Social Services & Family Support
Our social services team provides guidance and advocacy for participants and their families, helping them navigate available community resources and providing emotional support when needed.
Nutrition & Dietary Support
Participants receive daily breakfast, lunch, and snacks through our program, all prepared in compliance with the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and monitored by an onsite dietician to ensure balanced nutrition and dietary needs are met.
Engaging Activities & Mental Wellness
Daily programming is designed to support cognitive stimulation, social interaction, and physical movement.

Transportation Services
Golden Life provides transportation assistance for eligible participants, helping ensure consistent access to care and program participation.
